A behavioural protocol is a step by step, 1,2,3 document to guide
parents through modifying a specific behaviour.
This service provides specific, easy to follow written instructions on how to manage and modify challenging behaviours. This is very effective when parents have already made many attempts to change the behaviour but have not had success.
When you submit your application with your behavioural concern,
an individualized Behavioural Protocol will be written for you, along
with any additional advice/information required to address your issue.
A written protocol provides precise details of what to do before a
behaviour occurs, what to do while a behaviour is happening, how to
set out clear expectations and consequences in such a way that there
is no room for doubt that the child fully comprehends them.
All behavioural protocols will come with any required visual/picture
cues.
If charting is required to determine the cause of a behaviour prior to
a protocol being written, the charting sheets will be provided with
clear, concise instructions.
If additional information is required in order to write your protocol,
this will be done through email at no additional fee.
Follow up services of one email support per week are available for two
weeks from the time you receive your protocol.
Any necessary clarification of the protocol itself, within two
weeks after receiving the protocol, is free of charge.
If you need any further follow up or “tune up” after two weeks
from the time you receive the protocol, this is offered through email
at a cost of $25.00.
If you need additional advice or require additional input to achieve
success with an existing protocol, this will be offered through email
at a cost of $25.00.

COACHING/SUPPORT:
- If you have purchased a behavioural protocol and feel that you
need support to implement it
- When parents feel they need one to one parent coaching, as they
are overwhelmed when trying to address/consequence behaviours
- Parents who have several children at home, and experience
difficulty in implementing protocols due to lack of support and
too many children to deal with themselves.
This is booked on a first come, first serve basis, based on my
availability.
Behavioural Strategies In Daily
Living Workshop for Parents
Cost: variable – from $500.00 up dependent
upon diagnoses, needs, and amount of information required. This runs
between ˝ day to a full day.
Available in the Greater Toronto Area Only
This workshop teaches the principles of Behaviour Modification,
to enable parents to write their own behavioural protocols, and
know how to tell if they are working or not, and why.
An index of topics covered in this workshop is available upon request.
Full written coverage of the workshop material is provided for each
participant.
Up to three families may participate in this workshop, with a maximum
capacity of 15 people, space provided by the client.
Instructions: Submit your registration form and fee. You
will be contacted to arrange fees and times for your workshop. If this
is more than one family EACH family will need to register the
information about their child, and state in your request for a
workshop the names of the other families you are joining with.
With your workshop you also receive:
- two behavioural protocols to address the two most
concerning behaviours, including hands on modeling of how to
implement them
- or for multiple family workshops, one protocol per
family with a maximum of three
- free email follow up service – one email
question/advice per week for six weeks for a single family – one
per week per family for four weeks, maximum three families
Behavioural Strategies in Daily
Living Workshop for Professionals
Cost: individual to the company and needs. (no registration
required)
This is appropriate for daycare providers, teachers, camp
counselors, people providing ABA therapy.
This course does not provide discrete trial training, but does cover;
basic counseling, professional practices, ethics, family dynamics, as
well as the principles of Behaviour Modification offered in the Parent
Workshop.

There is no maximum capacity, cost will be dependent upon the number
of participants, space provided by the client.
