This is a detailed document. Specific information is required in
order for me to meet your behavioural needs successfully. Ensure you
sit down to fill this in when you have some time, and have any
documentation regarding your child easily accessible. A $10
registration fee will apply.
After submitting your information form, with the
registration fee and appropriate fee:
You will receive a response to confirm your
registration within two business days, and will be contacted by email
with a date by which you can expect your protocol.
If your registration request is to book on site
support, or a workshop, submit your form with the registration
fee. You will receive confirmation of your registration within two
business days, and appointments and times will be set up with you
through email at that time.
